Welcome to Navé Yoga

Navé Yoga’s teaching style is a Vinyasa Flow style of Hatha yoga.

With this as the foundation of all of our classes, we teach Hatha Yoga, different levels of Vinyasa Flow, Meditation Classes, Children’s Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga.

We teach private yoga sessions, corporate yoga, yoga at schools and yoga for sports teams.
